Last night we had an amazing dinner in downtown Bozeman after we checked into our second Super 8. We ate at Ted's Montana Grill, started by Ted Turner, who lives on a ranch here. As the largest individual land owner in the US, he owns 2 millions acres in 11 states.
We ate a bison burger with mushrooms, grilled onions and avacado that was juicy fresh, and a salad with pulled pork and roasted corn...YUM. We had never had bison...it seemed the perfect place. I would eat that again tomorrow. Best road food so far.
